Milnes of Mudgee Caramelised Balsamics are a sweet sensation!

Jenni has a policy of only presenting food to her catering clients that she has made herself. Over the years, she has had special success with her Caramelised Balsamics and she now makes these products for sale at farmers markets and for mail order.

We also make a delicious Caramelised Red Onion Relish for sale at the markets and Jenni’s Chicken Liver Pâté Mousse is wickedly rich and smooth and utterly irresistible! Please taste some at the markets and take a tub home with you.
